If you are looking to buy or sell a business, I cannot recommend Jeremy Sacker and Mike Rooney enough. In my nearly year-long search of looking for a business to purchase, I spoke to numerous brokers. It was not until speaking to Jeremy and Mike that anyone seemed seriously interested in my situation, or frankly, even trying to get a deal done for their client.
Jeremy took the initiative to reach out to me multiple times to see how he could help me. He asked genuine questions specific to my life experience and future goals. I knew it was important to him to match something up that would work for me and my family.
When something finally did come along that met such criteria, the circumstances dictated a very short timeframe to finalize the purchase. I honestly felt bad for putting him in such a difficult position. But he never approached it with anything less than complete excitement to help. He really worked non-stop on our deal for the next 2 weeks. I often wondered if he ever needed to sleep :)
His representation was top-notch. I often wondered how he was able to see every angle. His depth of knowledge was truly incredible. I have a legal and business background, and yet still felt like there were so many things that I had not even thought of that he was completely on top of.
The purchase went smoothly, and the actual operations of the business (2 months in) have gone great. To the point that I would love to find another similar business; of course - with Jeremy's help. I could not even imagine attempting this without his expertise. Jeremy, this was such an important thing for our family and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Wow !!
What can I say ? Mike made the experience of selling my businesses wonderful. I know there were a lot of headaches on his end, but he did an excellent job of shielding me from stress as we navigated our way through the sales process. He made sure I received a fair price for my businesses and was very knowledgeable throughout negotiations. This was my first sell and I am thrilled to have had a competent, efficient and effective broker throughout this process. 10/10 will recommend to others :)

Mike Rooney has worked very hard to sell my travel agency. Unfortunately, before Mike, I was assigned a total loser representative with this company.
Essentially, I paid the fees and thought the representative was searching for a buyer for my profitable million dollar a year agency. (Over a year!) Unfortunately, the representative had quit and skipped town without telling me. It's sad that the company had no way to pick up on this - even so their representative had gone "down the road."
Ultimately, I called to see if they were still trying to market my agency.
This is when I found Mike Rooney. A very nice guy who did all he could to pick up the pieces and market my agency. Unfortunately, he was not successful and the increase in Covid-19 essentially made my business "unmarketable." Mike is a very nice man who stays on top of his listings.
I would recommend Mike Rooney. But, my agency remains unsold.
